Zack Keas,
Sales Manager
Zack Keas joined SMD in November 2002 and serves as Sales Manager, where he leads business development initiatives and supports customers throughout the full contract manufacturing lifecycle. His responsibilities include customer acquisition, RFQ strategy, contract negotiations, and ongoing account management, working closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver cost-effective, high-quality manufacturing solutions.
Zack plays a key role in translating customer requirements into executable manufacturing programs, ensuring alignment between design intent, production capability, and delivery expectations. His hands-on involvement helps customers navigate challenges related to component sourcing, lead times, pricing, and production scalability while maintaining SMD’s standards for quality and reliability.
Prior to joining SMD, Zack was a Program Manager at Vacuumschmelze, coordinating inside sales and program execution for rare-earth permanent magnet products. His experience included RFQ development, order processing, and coordination between customers and outside sales team, giving him a strong foundation in technically driven sales environments and customer-focused program management.
Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Zack enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he is a fan of the Oklahoma City Thunder and Oklahoma Sooners and enjoys traveling, golf, soccer, and barbecue.
