SMD celebrates its “silver anniversary”

Over the past 25 years, SMD has grown from being a small rework operation to a full service contract electronics manufacturer with nearly 100 employees. In 2013, our team will celebrate being in business for a quarter century.

This anniversary is so special because many of our customers have been working with SMD for more than 10 years and in some cases, up to 20 years.

The planned festivities include celebrations for our long-time employees. Most of the current team members have worked with SMD for more than a decade.

Over the years, SMD has continued to diversify our offerings through investments in highly-trained hand soldering operators and the most sophisticated equipment on the market. These investments prove SMD’s commitment to long-term growth.

In the coming years, SMD plans to expand into other industries and continue to provide superior customer service to our loyal and valued customers.
