Customer Survey Results Q4 2024 and Q1 2025

An integral part of ISO 9001:2015 is customer satisfaction. Every six months SMD sends a survey to our customers asking for their feedback regarding Quality, Delivery, Quote Turnaround and Overall Satisfaction with SMD.
